The Car Home service is a premium service we offer to our most valued customers. This service allows our customers to have their actual vehicles driven home by a member of the iShuttle team. Two of our drivers show up to your location. One of them will be responsible for driving your vehicle home, while the other follows behind in a separate vehicle.
Because of the logistical issues related to this service, we must have your booking for Car Home service no later than 9:00 pm. It is imperative that you schedule in advance for this service so that we can make sure we have the staff ready for service. We prioritize our Car Home services in the order that we receive them, so by booking your request for service at the beginning of the evening insures the highest quality of service.
The nature of this service is obviously one that not many transportation companies can provide. This is the reason why we refer to it as a premium service. Because of this, our customers will be charged $10/month whether the service is used or not. Our rates for this service will be $10/mile.
