How iShuttle Started

The idea behind iShuttle came to light in the summer of 2010.  After one of the iShuttle business partners, David Wimberly had an unpleasant experience in one of the local taxi's.  This experience made David contact his good friend and now business partner, Randall Aché. David wanted to see if Randall could write an application for smart phones that would allow users to request, schedule and track their rides all on their mobile device without ever having to place a phone call.  Randall confirmed he could indeed produce such an application with his company, Synapse Multimedia.  The partnership between Randall Aché and David Wimberly was a natural fit, and the rest is iShuttle history!
